Pathfinder is awesome so if you guys are happy with it stick with it. I'm running the Reign of Winter pre made campaign right now and our guys have made it to level 7 and are having a blast.
On the side I'm also playing in a 5th edition campaign that we've run two sessions so far from a pre-made adventure. We don't think the designers understand challenge ratings though, because so far both our sessions have resulted in %150 party wipe each. That's right, so far every player has lost at least two characters.
But that's neither here nor there, sorry for getting distracted.

We could. There's whisperings of doing Serpentis ships next time, or maybe Blood Raiders. If we keep doing these we could cycle through all the pirate and navy factions which could be a lot of fun.
